  • 1/3 cup onion, diced
  • 1 5.5 oz. can ARMOUR STAR® HAM SPREAD
  • 1 3 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 4 medium baked potatoes, halved and scooped out
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  1. 1. Sauté the onion in a non-stick skillet.
  2. 2. Combine the onion, ham spread, cream cheese, garlic salt, and potato pulp.
  3. 3. Fill potato skins with mixture, top with cheese, and bake at 350°F until cheese melts. Add a sprinkle of black pepper or garnish with green onions if desired.
  4. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  5. Cook Time: 15 minutes (does not include baking potatoes)
