Treet & Swiss Cheese Quiche


  • 2 9-inch frozen deep-dish pie shells
  • 1 12-oz. can ARMOURŪ STAR TREET or PREMIUM PORK, drained, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • Ground nutmeg


  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Place frozen pie shells on baking sheet. Layer half of Treet, cheese and green onions in each pie shell. Beat together eggs and cream in bowl. Pour into pie shells. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F. Bake 30 minutes more or until set.
  2. Variation:
    Substitute 2 5-oz. cans ARMOURŪ STAR VIENNA SAUSAGE, drained and sliced, for Treet.
