Ingredients

  • 2 Acorn squash
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 15-oz. cans ARMOURŽ STAR CORNED BEEF HASH or ROAST BEEF HASH
  • ˝ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Rinse squash. Cut in half; remove seeds. Place cut side down in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350°F, 30 minutes. Turn squash cut side up; season with salt and pepper. Spoon hash into squash halves; heat 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; continue heating until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Garnish with green pepper strips. Microwave Instructions: Rinse squash; leave whole. Cook on High 10 to 12 minutes or until tender; let stand 5 minutes. Cut in half; remove seeds. Place cut side up in shallow glass baking dish; season with salt and pepper. Spoon hash into squash halves. Cook, covered with wax paper, on High 4 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; garnish with green pepper strips.
